Use Case

Team8 is a crew scheduling platform for small businesses (landscaping, cleaning, construction, etc.). Managers add crew members by name and phone number. When a crew member needs to access their schedule, they log in via phone number + SMS OTP verification.

SMS is used exclusively for one-time authentication codes. No marketing messages are sent. The crew member must provide explicit consent via checkbox before any SMS is delivered.
