Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and password (stored securely using industry-standard encryption).

Team Member Information: When you add team members, we collect their names, phone numbers, hourly rates, preferred language, and preferred payment methods. This information is provided by you, the account holder, based on your existing employment relationship with these individuals.

Job and Schedule Data: We collect information about jobs you create, including job names, locations, dates, times, and crew assignments.

Communication Data: We store SMS messages sent through our platform, including message content, timestamps, delivery status, and recipient information.

Time and Location Data: When team members clock in or out, we may collect timestamp data and, with their consent, GPS location data to verify job site presence.

Payment Records: We store records of payments you make to team members, including amounts, dates, and payment methods. We do not process payments directly or store financial account details.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve our scheduling and communication services
  • To send SMS notifications to team members on your behalf regarding job schedules, clock-in reminders, and related communications
  • To process and track timesheets and payment records
  • To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms of service

Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:

  • Service Providers: We use third-party service providers (Twilio for SMS delivery, Stripe for payment processing, Vercel for hosting) who assist in operating our platform. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

Data Security

Data Retention
