Account Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Permitted Use
Team8 is designed for legitimate business purposes including:
- Scheduling employees, contractors, or team members for work assignments
- Sending job-related notifications via SMS to individuals with whom you have an existing business relationship
- Tracking work hours and managing timesheets
- Recording and organizing payment information
Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to use Team8 to:
- Send unsolicited messages, spam, or marketing communications
- Contact individuals who have not consented to receive messages from you
- Transmit illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
- Use the platform for any purpose other than workforce management
SMS Messaging Terms
By using our SMS features, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have an existing business relationship with all individuals you message
- You have obtained appropriate consent to contact these individuals via SMS
- You will only send messages related to job scheduling, work assignments, and employment matters
- You will honor all opt-out requests immediately
- You are responsible for compliance with all applicable messaging laws and regulations including the TCPA

Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
